Where are Eclage products made?
Our formulas are developed with certified Korean cosmetic scientists in Seoul, South Korea, using clinically validated botanical ingredients. Every product is manufactured to Korean GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards — among the most rigorous in the world — and imported into Canada by Eclage.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes — we ship to all provinces and territories, including remote and Northern communities. Free standard shipping on orders over $55 CAD. Standard shipping (5–8 business days) is $7.99 for orders under $55. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is $14.99. Remote and Northern community deliveries may take 7–14 business days.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Express shipping arrives in 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Remote communities (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, and some rural addresses) may experience longer delivery times of 7–14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because skincare is a personal care product, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons and in compliance with Health Canada cosmetic regulations. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Email hello@eclage.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Can I return an opened product?
No. Once a skincare product has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy exists for hygiene reasons and aligns with Health Canada's guidelines for cosmetic products. If a product is defective or arrives damaged, we will always make it right — please contact hello@eclage.ca.
What skin types are Eclage products suitable for?
All Eclage formulas are developed to be suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Every product is fragrance-free and formulated without common irritants. Our barrier-focused actives (Cica, Heartleaf, Pine Bark Extract) are particularly well-suited to reactive, redness-prone, and cold-stressed skin. Product pages include specific skin type guidance for each SKU.
Are ingredients safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Every Eclage formula is fragrance-free, paraben-free, and developed to minimise sensitisation risk. Our core actives — Cica (Centella Asiatica), Heartleaf (Houttuynia Cordata), and Pine Bark Extract — are clinically recognised for their anti-inflammatory and barrier-restoring properties. All formulas have been reviewed by dermatologists.
Are Eclage products Health Canada compliant?
Yes. All Eclage products are formulated and labelled in compliance with Health Canada's Cosmetic Regulations under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. Product claims are limited to cosmetic (non-drug) language. Labels include all required elements: bilingual ingredient lists (INCI), net quantity, importer information, and safety warnings where applicable.
Are product labels available in French?
Yes. As required by the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act and Health Canada's Cosmetic Regulations, all Eclage product labels and required information are provided in both English and French. Bilingual descriptions are available on every product page.
