Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original sealed packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded in full — email hello@eclage.ca within 7 days with your order number and a photo.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
